Please allow at least three working days from the time of ordering before collecting your medication from the pharmacy.

Collect from the pharmacy counter or 24 hours a day from our prescription locker.

We offer a delivery service where required. Pay per delivery, or buy an annual pass for unlimited drops.

We work hard to have your prescription ready on time - but we rely on your surgery issuing it to us. Here's what to keep in mind.
Order five working days before you run out
This gives your surgery time to issue the prescription and us time to dispense it.
Less than two days supply?
Contact your surgery directly and ask for an urgent prescription to be issued to us.
If an item isn't on your prescription
We can only order - the surgery decides what's issued. Possible reasons include:
- Your doctor may want to see you for a consultation first.
- The request may be refused if you're ordering too early.
- Your surgery printed it instead of sending it electronically, and didn't let us know.

Yes - our 24 hour prescription locker at Wilnecote lets you collect any time of day or night, weekends included.
We offer prescription delivery where required. It's a chargeable service (it isn't NHS-funded). Choose pay-as-you-go or an annual delivery pass.
We make every effort, but we depend on your doctor's surgery issuing the prescription to us. We can't guarantee an exact time.
